The purpose of this website is to educate Colorado residents and visitors about safe, legal and responsible marijuana use by providing current and researched information on marijuana laws and health effects from all of the state agencies. Since Colorado voters legalized marijuana, these agencies work together to implement the will of the people while protecting public health and safety.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment manages this site on behalf of the Office of the Governor and in partnership with a broad team of Colorado state agencies and partners.

Colorado Governor's Office of Marijuana Coordination, responsible for state- level collaboration and oversight to responsibly implement Amendment 64.
