The purpose of this website is to educate Colorado residents and visitors about safe, legal, and responsible cannabis use by providing current and researched information on cannabis laws and health effects from all of the state agencies. Since Colorado voters legalized cannabis these agencies work together to implement the will of the people while protecting public health and safety.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment manages this site on behalf of the Office of the Governor and in partnership with a broad team of Colorado state agencies and partners.
